Kyle and Keith were a pleasure to work with on the sale of my Mom and Dad’s condo. Their pre work and advice prior to putting the condo on the market was spot on. They made recommendations of what needed to be updated as well as how to best present the home. All that prework paid off as we had a purchase offer for full asking price after only one day of listing the home.
They worked with us and the other realtor to address any final conditions of the sale and were available any time I needed them.

Hiring the Hiscock team means that you get 2 realtors for the price of one. Keith & Kyle bring unique aspects to the team. Kyle is very skilled at using the camera to make your house look large and welcoming. He knows a lot about social media and makes sure to get images and information out to all demographics. He also has a lot of flexibility to make sure that your house is available to show around the potential buyer’s schedules.
Keith brings expertise and professionalism to the team. He and Kyle gave my husband and I a presentation explaining exactly what they expected our house to sell for and the timeframe. Keith knows the Irondequoit area very well. As I watched other homes in Irondequoit reduce their prices and stay on the listing for a long time, ours was sold in about the 3 week timeframe that Keith had projected based on his knowledge of the market.
As with anything, things did not always run smoothly during this process. However, Keith was a “problem-solver” of everything that came up. He worked well with the buyer’s realtor to make sure that they understood our bottom line for the minimum we could sell the house for. This meant getting the buyer’s to agree to doing some work themselves. When we needed a tree cut down to make the sale happen, Keith found us someone that could do it WAY below the estimate from the others. By the way, Keith was the one to make the call to get all the estimates completed; which was a life-saver since we had already re-located.
I know that Keith and Kyle are realtors for homes that are way ABOVE our price range. However, I never felt that Keith and Kyle gave us any less time and energy because our house would make them less commission. If anything, I felt that they gave us more of their time. They truly understood that we were a young couple trying to sell our starter home and relocate and I felt like they were really looking out for our best interest.
If you want realtors that look out for your individual’s needs and interests, Keith & Kyle are the way to go. They will respond quickly to your needs (even texts on a Friday night), bring a large knowledge base and have the earned respect of other realtors. I strongly suggest giving Kyle and Keith a call for any real estate needs you have.

Buying a home can be a very stressful time in a persons or families life. Spending a large amount of your savings, making an investment in your future, and hoping that you are heading in the right direction is a decision that is very difficult to make.
When I started the process of looking for a home I had a picture in my mind of what I was trying to get. Kyle Hiscock was the 3rd realtor I had talked to, but the first to really listen to and understand what I was looking for in my new home.
