His Early Years
As a youngster, Keith’s first job was delivering the morning newspaper (getting up 7 days a week at 5:30 a.m.). He quickly learned the importance of being dependable, reliable, managing money, interacting with others, and always putting the “customer first” (of course with the help of his parents). One year he was honored with and received the “Carrier of the Year” award. Throughout these continued growing years he further came to understand the meaning of hard work, discipline, and learned much about the principles of good family values. Keith soon realized that families should always be the top priority in our lives. Today with those principles engrained deep within him, he knows there must be a delicate balance between a fulfilling family life and a successful professional career. Keith continues to strive to perfect the art of time management. (Ever ask yourself, “Where did the day go”? or say, “there just isn’t enough hours to get all the things done that I want to!)
Before Real Estate
Prior to developing an interest in the real estate field, Keith was employed by several Rochester banking institutions for over 16 years, achieving several levels of management and officer positions.
Then Came Real Estate
Keith has been in the business since 1987. He has achieved and was the recipient twice of the Pinnacle Award, the Women’s Council of Realtors “Zenith Award” yearly since 1994, and the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors “Sales Master” and Sales Master Gold” awards yearly, also since 1994. He is a member of Nothnagle Realtors ‘Top 25’. Keith managed the Irondequoit office of Nothnagle Realtors from May 1996 thru February 2000 and then decided it was time to return to the sales forces. Keith received his GRI designation in December 1996, became a REALTOR member of the National Association of Realtors in May 2000. He also received his RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Society) designation in May 2004. He has completed the “Achievers” program which focused on buyer representation, Floyd Wickman’s 12-week “Sweathogs” program and has completed numerous other technology courses. This extensive background has provided and allowed him to stay on the “cutting-edge” of today’s intricate real estate business.
